Hi, my name is Millie. I am a compassionate space holder, a seer, a clarifying presence — and I offer these gifts to all who knock on my door to receive.

I am passionate about working with those who are bringing light into the world. "Dar a luz" is the Spanish way to say "to give birth," and "dare alla luce" in Italian — where my maternal roots lie. Literally, both phrases mean "to give to the light." These children who come are the light bringers, and it is my sincere desire to support parents in traversing the transformative passage of the birth portal. I love to support mothers, fathers, and parents in clearing themselves to be best prepared for their child's arrival, and it is my deepest service to care for families through the golden postpartum year — a time when so much is laid down for all the years to come.

I was born and raised on a little island called Guernsey in the English Channel. My childhood was spent poking around ponds for tadpoles in Spring, lying in fields of daffodils, and wandering the land around my family home alongside bunnies, horses, and cows. My Italian grandmother's deep love for me seeded my heart and continues to nourish the work I do today. My daughter gifted me with fire and purpose — clearing away the brush and calling my being into deeper service, particularly in one-on-one work with women and women's health: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

My studies in birth work include Cornerstone Doula Birth and Postpartum Trainings, certification as a Holistic Doula through The Matrona (2024), and 200+ hours of study through The Matrona Birthkeepers Midwifery Cohort (2025). I have been blessed to study under my wise elder Whapio, who has transmitted to me a reverence for the intelligence of life itself — from the mystery of birth to the wisdom held in every cell of our human vessel.

The way I work has been unequivocally shaped by my wisdom teachers Kimarie Haverty-Bozman, Lorraine DeLear, Kristen Greco, Olivia Frazão, and the late Anna-Lisa Adelberg — as well as by my ancestors, my Guides, and my beloved daughter Luana. I am in deep gratitude and service to this legacy of Love.
